Single Tooth Implant

A titanium or zirconia post replaces the root and a zirconia crown replaces the tooth.

Multiple Implants and Bridge

Two or more implants supporting a bridge, so not every missing tooth needs its own implant.

Full mouth

All-on-4 Full Arch

A complete upper or lower set on four strategically placed implants, with a fixed bridge. For patients missing most or all teeth, or living with dentures.

Implant-Supported Dentures

A removable denture clipped onto two to four implants so it does not move. For patients who want stability without a fixed bridge.

Common questions

Does it hurt?
The procedure is under local anaesthetic, and sedation is available for anxious patients. Most people describe two to three days of mild soreness managed with normal painkillers.
How long does the whole process take?
Placement is about an hour per implant. The implant then bonds with the bone over three to six months before the final crown is fitted.
I have bone loss. Can I still have implants?
Often yes. Dr. Razek assesses the bone at your consultation, and bone grafting or All-on-4 can work around it.
How long do implants last?
With normal hygiene and check-ups, decades. The crown may need replacing after 10 to 15 years.
Which implant systems do you use?
Established international implant systems, chosen for your case and confirmed in writing at consultation.
I am missing all my teeth. What are my options?
An All-on-4 fixed bridge, or an implant-supported denture. Both are assessed at consultation.
What happens at the first consultation?
You see Dr. Razek. He examines you, looks at what is possible for your case and sets out the options, and anything that follows is put in writing before it starts.
Is the consultation with the surgeon?
Yes, with Dr. Razek himself, not a coordinator.
